Five Reports by George Bourbaki |
In the following a short resume of the
medical tests in connection with the PRIORE-device shall be presented. Thereby it has to
be pointed out that any medical tests with the Priore device performed mostly in
connection with mice and rats are equally valid for the PAP-IMI device presently
constructed and merchandised in Greece because both devices work more or less on the same
principle. As compared to the older Priore device
the newer and more modern PAP-IMI device shows mainly differences with regard to the
following two points: · The PAP-IMI device is of much simpler construction, and · the PAP-IMI device has an
increased peak power which during microseconds reaches
values in the area of megawatts. This actually has the consequence that
the PAP-IMI device has an improoved efficiency which therefore leads to reduced treatment
times. Above there is presented a photograph
showing one version of the Priore devices. Thereby it can easily be seen even by a
non-specialist that the device of Priore which actually filled a whole room was of an
extreme complicated construction. This actually makes one think at a laboratory of Dr.
Frankenstein [3]. In this connection it has to be pointed out, however, that the main
question, weather cancer can be cured by electromagnetic means is completely independent
from considerations weather a particular device as used for such a purpose has a more or
less complicated construction. · Usage of the Priore device during the
years 1948 to 64 Together with a local medical doctor
named Maurice Fournier Antoine Priore used the device which he had built for the treatment
of a unknown number of cancer patients, whereby positive results were obtained. During
that period the particular medical doctor drew up medical
reports which he deposited later with a notary, as stated once toward one of his friends. After the death of this medical doctor
these medical reports regretfully never surfaced [4]. · Usage of the Priore device during the
years 1954/55 Within old archived medical reports
there were found, however, medical files about two cancer patients which were treated
successfully with the Priore device: q According to two medical
reports of a medical doctor named Angibeau, having the numbers 132 421 and 132 487 and
dated Sept. 21 resp.23 1954 reference is made of a 12 year old boy Alain B. who suffered
from a specific cancer of the lymph system which at least at the time appeared incurable.
Following a treatment by the Priore device, however, the boy was cured. Even 12 years
later the particular patient was still free of any cancer symptoms as stated within a
medical report of Oct.2 1966 [5]. q According to a medical
report having the number 72 741 of march 10 1955 and signed by a medical doctor named Dr.
Biraben a certain Mr. Gaston R. suffered from an early stage cancer of the throat.
Following a treatment by the Priore device over two month period the particular patient
was considered to be healed, as stated within a medical report Nr.74 978 by the same
medical doctor dated May 27 1955 [6]. During the same period of time the
veterinarian Francis Berlureau, responsible for the slaughter houses in the Bordeaux area,
gave Priore a certain number of older dogs and cats which suffered from various forms of cancer. By using his machine
Priore was able to heal some of these pets which actually were given to the medical doctor
for mercy killings. [7] · First scientific test (1960) Together with two scientists named
J.Biraben and G.Delmon 60 rats were divided into three groups of 20 animals each which
then were infected by cells of the uterus cancer T8 as developed by Guerin and Oberling.
(These cells actually were injected subcutan under the skin at the backs of these rats!)
After a time interval of 13 days the first group of rats was treated by X-rays, while the
second group of rats was put under a treatment by the Priore device. The third group of
rats served as comparison group with no treatment at all. Within the second group of rats
some regressions of the tumor tissue could be observed, while in some others rats of the
same group the tumor growth was stopped. Quite generally all rats within this second group
remained a in rather good physical condition. Even the mice within this second group which
died at the end showed survival times which in comparison the two other groups of mice
were increased on an average by a factor of more than three [8]. These rather promising
results were presented to Mr. Jaques Chabon-Delmas who at the time was the mayor of Bordeaux. Thereupon Chabon-Delmas organized a
scientific commission composed of representatives from Paris and Bordeaux. This
commission, however, took a rather negative attitude with regard to this issue. · Second scientific test (1964) Several groups of rats of the type
“Wistar”, each group consisting of 12 rats, were
infected again by cells of the tumor type T8.
While the comparison rats with no HF-HF-treatment
died between the 22nd and the 30th day, all the rats treated sufficiently intensively (620
Gauss) and sufficiently long (daily treatment between 40 and 90 minutes) survived. As it
appears from these tests the tumor regression of primary and secondary tumors takes place
in a better way, whenever the HF-treatment is started with not too much delay after the
injection of the tumor cells.(In case of a period of 14 days between the infection and the
beginning of the treatment only the rats with daily treatments of 90 minutes survived!)
[9] · Third scientific test (1964/65) Similar test arrangement only with the
difference, that the rats of the type “Wistar” were infected by cells of the lymph carcinoma cells 347. While a
group of 30 comparison rats died between the 11th and the 15th day, all the rats treated
by the Priore devise survived. (These were actually three groups of six rats each treated
80, 90 resp.140 minutes daily!) [10]. · Fourth scientific test (1965) Repetition of the third test under the
observation of Mme Cologne who traveled from Paris to Bordeaux thereby bringing 18 rats
which were already infected by the lymph carcinoma 347.
The 10 comparison rats died within 10 days. While 4 rats of a first group,
treated daily only one hour, died between the 15th and the 18th day, the 4 rats of a
second group, treated daily during 2 hours, survived [11]. · Fifth scientific test (1965) Similar test conditions as before only
with the difference, that here in this case there were several groups of seven mice of the
type “AKR” each being infected by lymph
carcinoma cells of the type “LS 2”. While the comparison animals died between the 15th
and the 18th day, a complete tumor regression could be observed whenever the irradiation
by the Priore device was sufficiently long , th.i. 2 or 3 hours daily. [12] According to the chronology there has
been on March 1 1965 an oral presentation by Robert Courrier before the members of the
French Academy of Sciences in Paris giving a resume of the results obtained by the Priore
device up to that moment. [13] · Sixth scientific test
(1966) 18 rats of the type “Wistar” which
had survived the third test were infected again with cells of the lymph carcinoma 347. In
all cases, however, the transplant was rejected thereby showing that some sort of
immunization against the particular cancer took place. .Following the first infection such
rejections could observed over periods of 10 month. Not previously immunized rats,
however, died within three weeks. The remaining surviving
rats, eight in all, were then
infected by cells of the uterus carcinoma T8. Here the tumor developed in a normal way
thereby killing the infected rats within a
month. It thus appears that the particular immunization obtained against cancer is
effective only with regard to specific types of cancer cells [14]. · Seventh scientific test (1966) In a similar way as in the third test
36 rats of the type “Wistar” were infected with cells of the lymph carcinoma 347. A
first group of 12 rats was treated daily during two hours, while a second group was
treated daily three hours with the Priore device. A third group of 12 rats remained
untreated. The untreated rats died within a period of 11 to 16 days, while all 24 rats
treated with the Priore device survived [14]. · Eighth scientific test (1966) The seventh test was repeated with the
difference, that the overall duration of the treatment was reduced from 20 to 9 days. Here
in this case also treated rats died. However also during this test longer survival times
between 20 and 32 days could be observed [14]. · Ninth scientific test (1966) A certain number of mice of the type
“Swiss” were infected by Trypanosome bacteria
which is the cause of the African sleeping sickness. Here within five days all the
comparison animals died. Also the animals which were treated over five days with the
Priore device died within 9 to 16 days. However, all animals which over periods between
10 and 12 days received this treatment survived.[15] · Tenth scientific test (1969) The ninth test was repeated with 89
mice of the Type “Swiss” and 82 rats of the type “Wistar”, thereby using a new and
more powerful Priore device reaching up to 1240 Gauss. By
microscopic means during the first three days after the infection a sharp
increase of the number of trypanosome bacteria within the blood of all animals could be
observed, reaching within 72 hours values between 100 000 and 1 000 000 bacteria pro cubic
millimeter. In case of the not-treated animals during the following day these values are
still rising, leading to the death of these animals. In case of the animals treated by the
Priore device, however, the curve of the bacterial load flattens out and goes to a sharp
decline thereby reaching values around zero which actually means that these animals have
overcome the particular disease. Whenever such healed animals are infected again with
bacteria of the same type no new infection did appear. [16]. · Eleventh scientific test (1970) Here
rabbits of about 3 kg weight were infected by Trypanosome
bacteria, thereby injecting quantities of bacteria between 5 and 200
million. While comparison animals died within some weeks, the animals treated by the
Priore device over more than 6 days were healed. Over several month the surviving rabbits
could be infected again with bacteria of the same type without reappearance of this
sickness [17]. · Twelfth scientific test (1971) Tests were made with different HF-pulse
devices and mice infected by Trypanosome bacteria. Thereby it could be shown that an
irradiation by an unmodulated UHF-signal of 9,4 GHz produces no therapeutic effects, while
such a therapeutic effect is present whenever there is an irradiation of sufficient
duration by a pulsed UHF-signal of 9,4 GHz being additionally provided with a
AM-modulation of 17 MHz [18]. · Thirteenth scientific test (1972) Several groups of six rabbits each were
fed with food having extremely high levels of Cholesterol. While the Cholesterol-level
within the blood of the untreated animals
increased within nine weeks from 6 to 16 g/l
, the Cholesterol-level of the rabbits additionally irradiated by the Priore device over
the whole period of time remained constant around a level of about 6 g/l [19]. · Fourteenth scientific test (1972) 21 Rabbits were infected by Trypanosome
bacteria which quite generally leads to infection of the testicles of such rabbits. Within
a period of 14 days to 14 month these rabbits were slaughtered and their testicles
examined. Thereby it was found out that in case of a simultaneous treatment by the Priore
device such infections of the testicles of the rabbits do not appear [20] . · Fifteenth scientific test (1975) Three groups of 6 mice each of the type
“Swiss” were infected by trypanosome bacteria. A first group of mice additionally received an injection of an immune
depressive in the form of cycloplasmid thereby using two injections of 70 mg per Kg of
living weight each. The first and second group were subjected
to an irradiation by the Priore device, while the third group of mice was an untreated
comparison group. During the first 72 hours after the infection the decease develops
within all three groups in a similar way whereby the number of bacteria per microliter of
blood reaches values around 1 000 000. Then during the fourth day all the comparison mice
die, while the number of bacteria within the two other groups decreases toward zero. In
both of these groups an immune reaction takes place, which in case of the mice with the
cycloplasmid injection, however, is weaker. Thus after eight days the count of antibodies within the second group reaches values around
5000, while within the first group having the injection of cycloplasmid the particular
value lies around 50. Also these mice were able to overcome their decease by the fifth
day. However, after stopping the HF-treatment there was a reoccurrence of the decease
following the 12th day. In addition, newborn mice treated in a similar way died all within
six days. At the time it was concluded by the specialists, that the injected cycloplasmid
reacts more on the lymphocytes B rather than the lymphocytes T [21]. · Sixteenth scientific test (1978) Four groups of 6 mice of the type
“Swiss” were infected by trypanosome bacteria. The first group of mice received
additionally an injection of an immune suppressive in the form of cycloplasmid, while the
second and the third group received a damaging X-ray radiation of 1200 resp. 600 R. The
fourth group was a comparison group. All four groups were subjected to a HF-irradiation by
the Priore device. The last group of mice was healed within 4 days, while the mice of the
first and the second group died within the 5th and the 8th day. Only the mice of the third
group with the weaker X-ray radiation of 600 R survived also. There was, however, a
reappearance of the decease, after the HF-treatment by the Priore device was stopped [22]. · Seventeenth scientific test (1978) Several groups of six mice each of the
type “Swiss” having different ages between newborn and 40 days old were infected by
trypanosome bacteria. whereupon a HF-treatment by the Priore device was performed. It was
observed that all mice up to the age of 28 days died, while the mice older than 28 days
survived. Thus it became apparent that the
immune system of very young mice is not yet full developed which appears to have the
consequence that any HF-irradiation performed by the Priore device is not effective [23]. A final remark has to be made: At the end of 1965 Alexander Haddow, the director of the Chester Beatty Research Institute in England, wrote Priore a letter thereby asking him weather people from his laboratory could perform certain tests with his machine. Since Priore agreed a scientific couple named Ambrose early 1966 came from England to Bordeaux thereby bringing 50 mice which already previously were infected by cancer produced with various chemical means such a benzopyrene. Depending the particular type of cancer and the type of HF-treatment by the Priore device some of these 50 mice were healed, while in case of some others the tumor growth was stopped. There were also some mice which after increased survival times had died. The surviving mice were taken back to England where scientists tried to make skin grafts by using pieces of skin of the same inbred mouse family. Thereby it was discovered that all these skin grafts were rejected , which actually was not expected because skin grafts within the same inbred mouse family usually are accepted. This led to a rather nasty letter from someone in England named Koller to someone in France named Latarjet in which is was suggested that during the tests in France there has been an exchange of mice. Thereupon in September 1966 Alexander Haddow withdrew an article which was already written for the scientific journal NATURE. Later on it was discovered that the tests performed in France were absolutely correct. What caused this phenomenon was the fact due to the HF-irradiation with the Priore device the immune system of living organism apparently is sharpened to such a degree that a differentiation even within the same inbred mice family takes place. These described events, however, had the regretful consequence that the mentioned article for NATURE never was published [24]. Athens, 10. January 2000 List of references [1]
