Personal Narration to Dr. P.T. Pappas

My name is Peter and I'd like to tell a little story which I hope will help a lot of people as it has helped myself.

In 1971 I was involved in a very serious car accident, which gave me a long time to recover, with much discomfort.

I suffered this through, through going to doctors and chiropractors, on and on, up until October of last year, which was 1998.

I met a person by the name of Taffy Anderson, that lives in Agazzis of British Columbia, that had a Pappas Machine, totally new to me, totally unheard of.

In one day I walked in, in terrible back pain, all hunched over, and Taffy Anderson said to me.

"You see that chair, there, Peter? You sit down there and I'm going to switch this machine on and I'm sure that we can help you!"

The machine was turned on, I sat there,Taffy turned the machine on, with this pulse coming from the machine into my back, and after about 10 minutes she said: "How do you feel?" and I said: "I'm super, I think I'm all right!"

She had to go away to answer the telephone and I stood up and to my total shock, surprise and amazement, my back had been cured!

I stood there and wondered how this could happen! By this time, Taffy had come back and she said: "How do you feel?" I said: "Taffy, you won't believe this. My back is O.K. My back is perfect!"

She said: "I've been telling you, this machine is a miracle!"

Well, everybody believes in miracles and I thought possibly it may be in my head! But the next day, would prove the final test.

This time, Taffy phoned me, 7:30, o'clock the following morning and she said: "How do you feel?" I said: "You'd never believe this, I'm perfect!" And with a laugh over the phone, it sounded like a kind of funny, but I was perfect.

Today is the 16^th day of February 1999. Since October and today, I have sat in front of the machine once, just as insurance. Today, I enjoy a back, the same as I had as a teenager.

There's only one thing that has possibly been able to make this possible, and that's the Pappas Machine.

I would like to say goodbye and thank you very, very much!

Thank you Peter. Can you only describe: How many years you had problems after your accident, what did you do to recover from them, and what did you achieve?

Peter

In 1971 when this problem first started, I was referred to a doctor, that taught at U.B.C. His name is Dr Sheared. I made an appointment with him and when he first saw me, he told me that he really didn't want to take the case on, but being as I have been referred, that he would consider it under one condition of one condition only, and that is as follows: that I come Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week for 6 months and after that period of time, he felt that he would be able to help me.

So I made the first appointment and went to get the treatment.

One finds it very difficult to explain pain. But he told me that first of all, before anything could be done, that he would have to disjoint me, because of the accident.

He weighted me in a position that he felt that my left side of my body weight 41 lbs heavier than my right side, because of the accident and the way that my body had settled down and my bone structure had settled.

My left hip was 1 3/4' lower than my right hip and that's where my problem was. After approximately 12 appointments going Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I said that I would have to discontinue this, because the pain was too excruciating and after every appointment which lasted approximately one hour, so as just literally tears coming down my face.

But he assured me that after approximately one or two more appointments, that he would then wait a week or two, and then put my bones back together, that's the way that he expressed himself; and after a total of 6 months, I definitely did feel better.

However, the problem was never, never solved.

If I had to list the number of times that I have been to chiropractors and massage places, and all kinds of places that claim that they can solve my problem, from 1971 through the 1998, the list would go on page after page, after page.

Again, I express myself, that I took the first treatment on the Pappas Machine in October of 98 and today, it's February the 16^th, 1999 and I am as fit as I ever been and I am 65 years old today.
