Child Patient, without
important early and newborn history. Child Patient had eutocic childbirth without newborn
hypoxia data. Child's psychomotor system was normally developed. Child Patient had an
outline of complete vaccination.
Child Patient's first symptoms
appeared in September 1999, with clonic tonic convulsive crisis; generalized during post
ictal period, for two hours with left hemeparesis, attended in the Clinic number twenty of
IMSS, Pediatric Service, where a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was taken and found
arachnoideus cysts in temporal left lobe, of 2.1 x 1.2 cms; The child patient was prepared
for immediate surgery. However the child patient was treated with Carbamazepine P.O.
b.l.d.
In January 2000, the child
patient began PAPIMI Electromagnetic Therapy and Phototherapy, in our practice, having two
sessions per week, thereby getting favorable results.
Following brain CAT of
April 2000, showed there were no arachnoideus cysts any more. The child patient became
asymptomatic and he does not have any convulsive crises, any more today
