Results of application of Therastim to non AIDS patients. Blood was obtained prior to
Therastim, immediately afterward, and 3 days later. Studies obtained included total
lymphocyte count, CD3 count, CD4. CD8, and NK (CD56).

No consistent effect on the lymphocyte subpopulations studied were detected from the
acute application of Therastim. patients with low interferon prior to therapy had
increases in interferon activity. Whereas, patients with elevated interferons prior to
theraphy had a decrease.
