The top with a C.M. lower located reverses AUTOMATICALLY, so that its C.M. goes to a higher location.
IT IS FACT: A
TOP, AS IT IS THE COMMON PRACTICE, ROTATES RATHER
STABLY, WHEN ITS CENTER OF GRAVITY IS ELEVATED ! NEVER
NOTICED BY CLASSICAL MECHANICS, AND NEVER TAUGHT IN
SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES, WHICH SEEMS TO BE A MISSED
KNOWLEDGE OF MODERN SCIENCE.
THE "TIP THE TOP" :
Consists in a section of a sphere fitted
with a short, cylindrical rod, the mast, WITH THE CENTER OF
GRVITY LOWER IT, AS IT IS SHOWN WHEN THE "TOP" IS NOT
ROTATING, EXHIBITING A STABLE POSITION WHEN THE C. OF ITS G.
IS LOWER THAN THE MAST.
However, It shows an amazing behavior when it is spun upon a
flat surface: after a few seconds it inverts itself, raising its center of mass,
generating the corresponding work of gravity for free!!!,
GOING INTO STABLE ROTATION, UNTIL IT STOPS ROTATING.

It has been filmed with 1200 frames per. sec.
SO IN THE REPLAY, IT APPEARS TO A VERY SLOW EVOLUTION. BE PATIENT.
It is a part of a first year projekt in physics at University of Copenhagen, WITHOUT NOTICING THE GENERATING WORK OF GRAVITY BY RAISING ITS CENTER OF MASS D GRAVITY, and we are trying to explain what happens, which is a lot more difficult than IT LOOKS.
