ANALYSIS OF PAPIMI TREATED HUMAN CELLS

AT THE SZEKED BIOLOGICAL CENTRE

In the present preliminary study we investigated the effects of PAPIMI exposures detectable on human cells.

Each control and treated group was repeated 2 times. In order to obtain more reliable data and to draw more general conclusions how the treatment affects the machinery of the human cells more cell types and more experiments are needed.

            In the preliminary experiment we used single dose (6 minutes at normal level) and only one time point (after 4 hours incubation) for the experiments. 

            All the experiments were done in the Laboratories Of the Biological Research Center of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Szeged, Hungary under Laszlo Puskas’s supervision, who is the head of this unit.
